You may not realise it (and neither do they) but potential customers can be put off by the quality of a company’s advertising. They consider that if an organisation can’t get it right in an advert or on a website, how can they be sure that the company will handle their custom efficiently?

I have been freelancing since 2004, and have many happy and returning customers. I work to agreed deadlines, and have never yet missed one! My background is mainly in FMCG, with particular reference to franchising and marketing. I worked for eight years in the African/Indian Franchise Division of Cadbury Schweppes dealing with, among many other things, the production of advertising materials and product packaging, and translating reports. I hold a Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

I am a fluent French speaker and a member of the Society for Editors and Proofreaders (SfEP).

For international clients, or for those who prefer to make payment through the Internet, I am registered with Paypal. (A small charge may be added to the final invoice for payment in this way.) However I am equally happy to send out standard invoices for those who prefer the traditional approach!
